Our project is an optimized face recognition system that enhances accuracy and flexibility by integrating traditional feature extraction methods with deep learning models. It is designed to detect and recognize faces efficiently using the YOLO model for face detection and FaceNet for feature extraction. The system improves recognition performance through techniques such as PCA, NMF, and CNN, ensuring higher accuracy in challenging scenarios. Additionally, automated scripts are implemented to streamline model training and documentation updates. The project is developed with scalability in mind, making it suitable for applications in security monitoring, identity verification, and social media analysis.
