1D PID Ball balancing System

Our PID ball balancing beam project is a dynamic showcase of precision control. It blends a TCM2208 stepper driver with a Nema 17 motor, enabling rapid beam adjustments. A sleek 16x2 LCD screen displays live data and lets you fine-tune PID values in real time, offering immediate, tangible results. High-accuracy components—the AS5600 magnetic encoder and VL53L1X TOF sensor—work in harmony to track beam position and ball location. The PID controller continuously processes this input to keep the ball perfectly centered, turning theory into action
